Delibera e Procedure 2022 <\/strong><\/p><p>Roma 28 febbraio 2022_ Si informa che il Consiglio Direttivo di FSBA, con riferimento alla gestione delle prestazioni ordinarie e in attesa di definizione del nuovo Regolamento volto a recepire i contenuti della Legge 234\/2021 (legge di bilancio 2022 contenente la riforma degli amm.ri sociali), con delibera approvata oggi, 28 febbraio 2022, ha stabilito di consentire da subito la presentazione e la conseguente gestione delle domande di prestazione, in base al vigente Regolamento FSBA (del 30\/04\/2019). A tal proposito, viene dato mandato alla Direzione di predisporre le relative procedure operative.
