class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h3>COSA<strong> C&#8217;\u00c8 DA SAPERE<\/strong><\/h3><p>Le imprese in temporanea difficolt\u00e0 finanziaria possono chiedere alle banche l\u2019applicazione di misure che possano favorire il rimborso della propria esposizione tra le quali, in particolare, la sospensione del pagamento delle rate dei finanziamenti.<br \/>Nell\u2019ambito del Tavolo di coordinamento con le Associazioni d\u2019impresa (cosiddetto <strong>Tavolo CIRI<\/strong>)1 \u2013 in collaborazione con Fondo di garanzia per le<strong> PMI, ISMEA, SACE<\/strong> &#8211; sono state elaborate le seguenti Linee Guida che illustrano i presupposti, le procedure, nonch\u00e9 il quadro normativo e regolamentare in base ai quali \u00e8 possibile ottenere dalle banche la facilitazione in discorso.<\/p><p>L\u2019obiettivo delle <strong>Linee Guida<\/strong> \u00e8 favorire il dialogo tra banche e imprese, costituendo una base comune di conoscenza delle valutazioni a cui sono tenute le banche e delle specifiche disposizioni di vigilanza bancaria di matrice europea in relazione all\u2019applicazione da parte degli intermediari finanziari di misure che facilitino il
